Superb expereince I've probably bought 20 - 25 vehicles in my life. Most have been new. The few used I've purchased have been a difficult and frustrating experience. The salesperson being pushy/unhelpful, the games played with negotiations, the "bait-and-switch" tactics with accessories, etc. have kept me away from buying used cars. Until a few months ago when I discovered Automotive Imports. Here's why I will be going back to them for my next car: 1) The salespeople (Josh was my contact) are professional/helpful/knowledgeable. *Deeply* knowledgeable - about cars, brands, performance, maintenance, etc. They work very hard in helping you make an Informed decision. Yes, they want to sell you a car. But it always seemed to me they are even more passionate about making sure you get the right car to fit what your needs/desires. 2) They are extremely open and fair with their price negotiation process - for your trade in and the car you want to buy. 3) Their post-sale attention to me after my purchase was absolutely exceptional. Always helpful; always very responsive. 4) Perhaps this is the most important point: I've been so impressed with Automotive Imports that I've already recommended 4 of my friends to shop for a car through them - and have taken two to the dealership myself. More can be said - like they get preferred access to car auctions, they turn their inventory about once a month, etc. But best thing to say in this review is try them - great cars and great people. More
