In an effort to provide every customer a fair opportunity to purchase the vehicle of their choice, vehicles are offered for sale on a "first come, first serve" basis. We do not "hold" vehicles for customers who schedule appointments, and the reviewer was never told the vehicle was being held for him. We cannot turn away an interested customer simply because there is another appointment scheduled at a later date or time. It's important to understand that not every customer who schedules an appointment actually shows. Those who do, may choose to purchase a vehicle other than the one they had an appointment to see, or may even choose to continue their vehicle search. While we never book appointments on the same vehicle at the same time, there are rare occasions when situations like this do arise, typically on very unique vehicles. In this particular case, we explained to the reviewer that there was a customer ahead of him, and he was welcome to wait to see if that customer decided to complete a purchase. At that point he became agitated and left, which is unfortunate because the customer decided to purchase an entirely different vehicle. Had the reviewer simply been a little patient, he would have had the opportunity to see the vehicle, and purchase it should he have chosen to. One thing I want to point out is that every customer pays the same low price, so we never have an interest in selling a vehicle to one customer over another. Our goal is, and always will be, to provide our customers with not just a great vehicle at an amazing price, but an honest and transparent purchasing experience as well. While I regret the situation as it unfolded in this case, I am confident that our policies promote fairness and transparency for all customers alike. Sincerely, Bill S., Dealer Principal
