To Prospective Automotive Avenues Customers, I want to share my recent experience with Automotive Avenues to help other potential customers make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my interactions with t share my recent experience with Automotive Avenues to help other potential customers make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my interactions with this dealership were highly disappointing and left a negative impact on my family and me. My relationship with this dealership began during the COVID-19 pandemic when my wife purchased a Cadillac XT5. Though the vehicle had some issues shortly after purchase, the dealership addressed them on our next visit. We had a good overall experience and were willing to manage minor repairs ourselves, as the SUV was a great value. Despite being located in North Jersey, we drove the hour and forty minutes to their Wall, NJ location. In October 2024, we decided to give Automotive Avenues another try, as I was considering purchasing multiple vehicles for my business. Initially, I test-drove a Porsche Taycan and was impressed enough to proceed with the sale. However, due to delays from recent hurricanes, my Navy Federal loan officer experienced processing delays, and the transaction took about two weeks. Just as I was closing the deal, I learned that the vehicle was listed as a lemon, and my bank does not finance lemon-titled cars. I later found another Porsche Taycan, but a subsequent Carfax report showed it had multiple accidents and recalls, so I decided not to proceed with that purchase either. Eventually, my wife and I settled on a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq and a 2024 BMW M60. I planned to finance the BMW through my personal credit and the Cadillac through my business credit, as discussed with Dan, our sales representative. However, despite multiple requests, Dan and the finance team sent incorrect purchase orders to my bank four times, leading to delays. After finally receiving the correct purchase order, I confirmed with Dan that the vehicles were ready for Saturday, the 26th, with payment by certified check. Upon arriving, I discovered that Dan was not on-site and had not informed me. Despite multiple calls, he only responded via text and directed me to finalize the sale with another salesperson, Derrick. Derrick attempted to locate the vehicle, only to be interrupted by another salesperson who revealed that the car had already been sold, laughing as he did so. When I requested to speak with a manager, the interaction became unprofessional and dismissive. One representative, who later identified himself as Noah, the General Manager, spoke to my wife and me in a disrespectful manner, attributing the situation to our not having held the vehicle. This interaction took place publicly, in front of other customers and representatives, leaving us feeling humiliated. This experience was deeply frustrating—not only due to the lack of clear communication but also the dismissive and disrespectful treatment we encountered from both sales and management. Despite assurances that everything was in order, we felt misled throughout the process, bearing unnecessary expenses, multiple loan closures, additional insurance policies, and traveling out of state for the certified check. The lack of professionalism and accountability left us disappointed and frustrated. Given this experience, I cannot, in good faith, recommend Automotive Avenues. More
