As a dealership, we undergo sales transactions both via internet sales on websites such as ebay.com, as well as customers who call in by phone and make purchases either via direct wire transfer, or will call and leave a hold deposit when they are pursuing their own financing. The reason for a dealership, like ours, to be multi-faceted in our ability to conduct retail transactions is a byproduct of the current environment in the automotive sales business. With a fair majority of our customers performing their searches online, many are finding it now more convenient to conduct a transaction without leaving their home. Others, who work for wholesale companies, and act as brokers for buyers nationwide, will often commit to purchasing our vehicles without hesitation and without seeing the vehicle in person. Direct Auto Mall is aware you originally called to schedule an appointment 3 days before visiting our store. At the time, an internet sales representative, confirmed the availability of both vehicles. Even though you or any other customers are welcome to view said vehicle, we do not reserve the right for a prior interested party to fulfill any and all attempts to complete the transaction. If, and only if, the prior interested party is unable to fulfill their agreement, and complete the transactions promised, will the vehicle then become available again for sale. Especially due to the weekend day that you visited the dealership, the Internet Representative called to inform that both cars had been sold before your arrival, but that we did have similar vehicles available and you very welcomed to come in and see them. During that call, you agreed on coming to our store to look at our similar vehicles. In closing, and to most directly address your end point in your statement, as it applies to the vehicles being available for viewing on our third party affiliate marketing websites, it often takes us a time period, especially given the weekend that you came to visit the dealership, for vehicles that are sold or have hold deposits on them to be removed from our marketing affiliates. Due to the volume of transactions that our dealership conducts, and due to the volume of dealerships and private parties that these third party marketing websites represent, it is natural and understandable that their would be a delay in the website(s) being updated.

These cars were still "available" 5 days after I was told they were sold on your OWN website not a 3rd party. I called anonymously and were told that these cars were still available as well! I only agreed to see said vechices.
