I was looking for a mini-van for my family and got a new salesman. He was a nice kid, but clearly wasn't ready to be on the selling floor. It was truly a strange experience. First, the less expensive vehicle "wasn't there" it was suddenly being serviced after I called to confirm the vehicle was available. I came all this way so I test drove a Toyota Sienna, which was filthy inside! It was on dead E, so we went to get gas. The car died at the gas station. The service man promptly arrived to jump start the car when the salesman accidentally whacked the guy in the head by letting the hood drop onto him. So he took off all pissed (can't blame him).. and the salesman jump started the car. We got back to the dealership and I couldn't park the car on the tiny crowded lot. When the salesman tried to pull it around the corner he side-swiped another car!! YIKES!! Then after all that. Came the price. They wanted me to put down $5000 on a $12000 car and still pay $260 payments for 5 years!!! THAT MAKES NO SENSE!! Especially with ther double down payment "deal/scam" What a bunch of incompetent jerks! Glad I took my business elsewhere .... This place SUCKS!!! More

It was the best purchasing experience I've ever had, the car is fantastic, I got a great deal and an excellent customer service. Matthew Nelson was a very knowledgeable rep that never made me feel pressured into buying any automobile & he didnt try to "up sale" me into a more expensive model so in other words he wasnt your typical car salesman. While acquiring financing he maintain constant contact keeping me up to date on the progress he was making on getting me the lowest possible APR possible. When his service dept. was delayed on the task of detailing my car he offered a free oil change and free gas to reimburse me for my time. At the end everything worked out perfect and I am so happy with my automobile that I recomend Matthew to my family and friends. More
Had 3 cars listed at great prices. Called to confirm availability before I drove an hour to this lot. When I got to the dealership, all these cars were sold mysteriosly in one hour, but they had plenty availability before I drove an hour to this lot. (you are not inundated with postal mailings) what a great idea * only used car dealer/service center to offer prorated warranty of 3years/36,000 miles (on most repairs) More

I was very pleased with my experience. In fact, at times I thought I was being ripped-off because they were treating me so well. I bought a 2007 honda fit with 30k miles from them. They sold it to me for below the kelly blue book price. they let me take it to my mechanic who said 2 tires were worn, and when i told direct auto mall, they replaced all 4 tires with the manufacturer's brand tires. they had the carfax ready for me to review. the car was in great shape. they detailed it and did a full inspection. Bruno gave me a great description of all the car's features. He called to check-in with me a week after i bought the car to see how it was doing. It has been 3 months, i just drove the car across the country, and it is doing great. More

Asked lots of questions about auto and procedures and the dealership, Matt and Mohammed answered them all to my satisfaction. Also Talked to Fran the other sales mrg. Placed deposit on auto, Had mechanics that I have used in the past evaluate auto. Came back to see Matt a few days later after recieving a good evaluation on the Hyundai. I took the time to check out the auto and dealership on line. Both passed with good reviews: Auto from Hyundai website, Carfax, Edmunds, Dealer from BBB and several auto repair shops in the area. Purchased Hyundai from Matt, Met with Stacy the Finance person, he made the finance, paper work easy, what a pleasure. DirectAutoMall did its prep work. Mechanics and detailing employees made auto look and smell like a New car. Registration took a few days to complete. meanwhile had a recall fixed. recieved registration got Hyundai inspected, Passed with no problems as Matt/Direct Auto Mall promised.
