my experience with direct auto mall was a pleasant experience. I went out looking for a Honda Civic coupe.I found it online that I was interested in and found Alex answering all of my questions that I experience. I didn't have a car at the time to finish all of my financial paper work, so he arranged to pick me up. I truly recommend Direct Auto Mall to anyone that is looking for a car that they really want or looking for without feeling the salesman pressure. More

Simon the manager was very understanding oft needs and helped me get an awesome price for my trade in and used car I was buying! I was also able to get awesome insurance from liberty mutual through them thanks to their finance guy Matt! This place is amazing and so helpful they have a great selection of used cars at awesome prices I would recommend them to anyone! Ask for chuck! He's great :) More

I found Direct Auto Mall through a craigslist ad. Lets just say I'm glad I did. I went in looking for a corolla s and bought one. Alex was my sales representative and he was far from pushy. The battery was dead so I negotiated one in to the price of the car there wasn't much of issue on that. He wasnt agressive on selling it , he left it up to me to decide. It was ready when I needed it to be which was a big plus. All in all if your looking for no pressure sales, go to direct auto mall and look for alex. More

I had a good experience at the Dealership. Worked with Bo who assisted me with the test drive and pricing. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for the 4Runner and they were able to satisf who assisted me with the test drive and pricing. After signing on the dotted line I worked with Matt in the Finance department and he was very helpful and knowledgable. I have already dealt with the service department to install an after market grill and they were able to squeeze me in the following day and I was in and out of there in 20 min and charged a fraction of the cost to install the grill then other dealerships were qouting me. Lowest qoute I was given was 120 and they did it for 40. The truck is running great and I saw one comment on the site about it not being clean and ready to go that day. I was a little thrown off by that initially as well, but the truck was in good shape and clean when I took it for the test drive and to my suprise it looked brand new when I drove it off the lot. They replaced the shocks, tires, brake pads,waxed and detailed the vehicle-I would prefer this instead of having this all done before hand like other shops. The bottom line is the price was right, the sales team did thier job, and the service dept was competitive and worked with me and my schedule to go above and beyond for me. So far no complaints and it was a good experience. More

The moment I stepped foot on the lot everybody was so nice and quick to get you to a desk. The price is a scam!! Then if you decide to buy it they drive you to the bank right away so they can get there money.. I purchased a car and They played the run around w/me. First oh we didn't realize a few things needed to get worked on it will be ready Monday. Then it gonna be a few more days.. These people do not communicate with each other and it took me 2 wks to get my car. Once I got the car I had 2 problems w/ it within 3 days.. They are quick to have you sign and give them money but are slow to get the car to you. On top of that the purchased a warranty that cost $2000 without consenting w/me .. Beware of this buisness More
