I was intimidated with the idea, as this was my first time making a large purchase. I spent a lot of time researching online looking for that perfect vehicle and found it at Direct Auto Mall. I had never heard of this place and was very unsure of what to expect when I drove to Framingham to take a look at the vehicle. Any uneasy feeling that I had was immediately dismissed when I walked in the door. It was busy, there were families, it was lively, and everybody was extremely nice. It was the complete opposite to the stagnant feeling you generally feel at a dealership. Even though I work in sales I was dreading the possibility of speaking to a salesman that really tried to force me into a decision. Gustavo, who came to assist me, was the opposite of this person that I was fearing. He could not have been any more helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the entire process. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase, including driving all over the place at late hours to accommodate my schedule. I could not be anymore satisfied with my purchase and the overall process of "buying a new car" at Direct Auto Mall. I cannot stress enough how helpful Gus was and how enjoyable he made the entire experience. I would and will refer anybody that needs to purchase a vehicle to visit Direct Auto Mall and ask for Gus, although I am sure that the entire team is as helpful as he was. More
