Gus was very low-pressure and made me feel very comfortable while discussing the 2018 Nissan Versa which I eventually purchased. The manager JOHN had to PHYSICALLY REMOVE PHIL and get in between me and him” Walked in with an appointment to see an electric car. before wanting to sit down with the sales rep, i wanted to make sure there was a charge on the vehicle if not there was no point in me continuing the appointment. this is where it gets fun. rep PHIL informed me they didn’t know i was coming. then i asked him to check on the charge b4 i continue with the appointment. he did not like that and said unless i comply with him there was no test drive. i asked for a manger says he was busy. One thing lead to another PHIL VERBALLY GOT LOUD AND Aggressive. as i tried to walk away and leave he got up and PHYSICALLY FOLLOWED ME IN AN Aggressive MANOR WHILE STILL VERBALLY ANTAGONIZING ME.
