I have bought several new vehicles and a used here and the sales staff and management has been excellent to deal with. I have had them service three of my Dodge vehciles and the service department is the the sales staff and management has been excellent to deal with. Exceptional! This was my first new car buying experience. I am located out of town but Thomas Billings was able to work with me over the phone to get the car I wanted at an amazing price! Icing on the cake w I am located out of town but Thomas Billings was able to work with me over the phone to get the car I wanted at an amazing price! Icing on the cake was that he was willing/and drove the car out to my place after I got off work. We finish the paperwork, and he took my trade in back to the dealership. Thomas went above and beyond the typical car buying transaction. I always hear about how horrible buying a car can be, but the team at AutoMax truly sets itself apart from the rest. One of the few Dealerships I've been to where I felt failey comfortable in an environment that is generally not so comfortable. We received the best service today. Our salesman said he would put us in a vehicle that we would like and keep the payments in our price range and that is what he did. I have done business with Ronnie Columbus for the last twenty years. I have purchased four cars in that time. Every car I have had since I was 23 I have bought from him. He has always been the most hon twenty years. I have purchased four cars in that time. Every car I have had since I was 23 I have bought from him. He has always been the most honest and genuine sales person I have ever encountered. I am also very please with all of the other people who worked with me at the dealership. The General Sales manager was outstanding. I have gone into the dealership several times in the last two weeks and each time someone came out to my car to greet me and they were very friendly and helpful even though they knew I was there to see Ronnie. The finance manager was also very helpful. My entire purchase experience took about 90 minutes and I never had to wait on anyone. Our Shawnee Automax provides its patrons with an exceptional car buying experience! More
