The service department was friendly . They explain things well . They check on me to see if anything was needed. I was extremely disappointed in my experience with their service department. I had brought my car in for repairs in October 2020 and a replacement part had to be ordered. The part did not come in until the service department. I had brought my car in for repairs in October 2020 and a replacement part had to be ordered. The part did not come in until the week of Christmas and the only communication I had with the service department was when I called them directly for updates, even when I was told by Paul that he would call me back in 10 minutes or the next day from when I had called. He never had the information I needed and put it off as he hadn't heard from the paint shop or was still waiting on parts to come in when it had been months since the process was started. When I was able to finally bring my car in for repairs, Paul claimed that he didn't realize I would be using my insurance to help cover the cost, even though I had given him my insurance card when the car had been brought in initially for a quote. When insurance had tried communicating directly with Paul on the day of repairs, he indicated to them that they would need to speak with me in order to obtain any kind of invoices or documentation of repairs made and that he would not provide that to them. I, then, had to get a copy of the invoice to send to insurance, which ended up taking an additional week, when the dealership should have cooperated with insurance from the beginning and talked with them directly. I will not be returning to this dealership for any kind of service on my Hyundai due to the poor experience that I had and would not recommend others to use them. More

I went in for the regularly scheduled oil change for proper maintenance. The work was done on time with no hassle. As usual, I took my GMC Canyon in for routine service. While there, they also checked my tires that looked good on the outside but were down to smooth on the inside. Good catch.
