Excellent. My previous 2 Genesis's were purchased and serviced at Edmond Hyundai . Although I bought my 2013 R-Spec at Frank Kemp Hyundai in Ft. Worth, I have a My previous 2 Genesis's were purchased and serviced at Edmond Hyundai . Although I bought my 2013 R-Spec at Frank Kemp Hyundai in Ft. Worth, I have always had it serviced at Auto max Hyundai in MWC ( where I also purchased a Triburon for my daughter some years ago). Service is excellent and fast. I also like the fact that they vacumn and wash my Genesis as well for no charge. I most likely will buy my next Hyundai from Automax or at least give them a shot at offering me the best deal. Then when I called with an additional request of bringing my car, as well as my niece's car, into the shop for services he was quick to accommodate & understood I needed a loaner car to help my niece get around. Kendall gave me a call every time they needed to address something or had a question about my Santa Fe, as well as when they were finished. The work on my car was finished on the day I dropped it off which many places cannot do. I feel confident that my car is in tip-top shape and safe for me and my family. Poor Service Work I took my Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased at that location about a year and a half ago for a standard oil change. Once I got home, there was a large I took my Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased at that location about a year and a half ago for a standard oil change. Once I got home, there was a large oil puddle in my drive way, they forgot to tighten the oil drain plug. I called to have them fix it, which they did and offered me two free oil changes. I recently took them up on that and had them align my tires and rotate them as well. Three of the five lugs on the front right tire were loosened with my hand, two of the five were loosened with my hand on the driver side. I hand tightened them down to drive it back to the store to have it fixed. Danny, the general manager was extremely helpful providing me with a loaner for the night since the service department was closed. The following morning Kendall from the service department called saying my car was ready for pick up and they offered a $40 refund for the issues with the car back onto the card they had swiped, they claimed they had all my account info and didn't need my card for that transaction. I waited approximately a week and called them to check on the refund because there was no deposit. I talked with Kendall from services and Jay the service manager about my refund, which I was then informed "It was an in store credit, and frankly a good will gesture since I received the service I requested". When asked for a corporate number or higher manager I was told by Jay that "he was it and that he did not have to provide that to me, and it was up to me to use that in store credit if I came back or not". Quote from one of their employees " I am embarressed to work for a company who's quality of work put your family's lives in danger." The sales department at this establishment was quite an exceptional experience, however being a single mother and active military member, I would not trust anyone from there service department to work on mine or anyone's car for that matter. There are better car service places in Del City/Mid West City, please look around before taking your vehicle here. So far I've had a 2 of 2 horrible and dangerous experience, it's not worth dealing with their poor customer service to remedy their mistakes. More

We have had standard servicing, warranty work and flat tires worked on at this location, with Danny as our main contact. His attention to details on the servicing of our vehicle, and friendly manner makes us feel as we are his priority every time we have come in or called. I have had numerous vehicles I have owned worked on around other dealerships...and I have NEVER received consistent and friendly service like I have here. More
