Service Department Scott Gould has very good customer service skills. We have had problems with our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD since 3 months after we bought it. Although Scott Gould has very good customer service skills. We have had problems with our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD since 3 months after we bought it. Although unfortunately we bought it from David Stanley Hyundai instead of your dealership, we have always taken it to your dealership. Danny was the service adviser for some time. When Scott came in the customer service improved dramatically. Danny was good also but Scott is excellent. He has worked hard with the mechanics on trying to fix the problem with our car. This last visit, he had an engineer from Hyundai come to the dealership to help find the problem and they ended up having to change a wiring harness. Scott Gould deserves an award for his customer service. More
Good experience I had to have my car towed to Automax because it wouldn't start. Scott was really helpful and friendly every time so spoke to him. It was a small matter to fix the not starting and it was dealt with promptly. They also took care of a recall while the car was there and put new tires on. More
