Service Department Scott Gould has very good customer service skills. We have had problems with our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD since 3 months after we bought it. Although unfortunately we bought it from David Stanley Hyundai instead of your dealership, we have always taken it to your dealership. Danny was the service adviser for some time. When Scott came in the customer service improved dramatically. Danny was good also but Scott is excellent. He has worked hard with the mechanics on trying to fix the problem with our car. This last visit, he had an engineer from Hyundai come to the dealership to help find the problem and they ended up having to change a wiring harness. Scott Gould deserves an award for his customer service. More
