Good customer care Today's visit was a quick one so I thought. Turns out that my prior visit I was told my my service person that my hood latch was broken and they fixed Today's visit was a quick one so I thought. After waiting an hour I was told I owe for the parts to have my latch fixed. I explained how it was corrected in May. To make a long story short the service department repaired it correctly without charging me and I'm a HAPPY customer and I will continue to get good Custmer Care from the Best Dealership in OKC. They also mentioned other services that I thought I needed, but really didn't. It was nice that they didn't try to charge me for things I would have happily paid for. I was able to get a lot of work done in the lounge area and appreciated the friendly service manager who took the time to explain every item and charge before I paid. I will certainly be back. More
