She listened to what I was looking for and found a vehicle that fit the bill. She had a smile on her face throughout and made me feel I was more than just a number. I was someone she cared about and made me feel that way. The finance process was simple (other than the issues they were having with the system that day, no fault of theirs). It was painless and I was taken care of courteously and professionally. I would whole-heartedly recommend, if you need a car, go talk to Lilian, she will take great care of you. Scott is services knows how to take care of my needs. on Saturday it was a little after 1:00 PM that is what time services closes on Saturday. I really needed an oil change. Excellent initial customer service I called regarding a issue with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring display cluster going blank and was told I needed to make an appointment to have it ch I called regarding a issue with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring display cluster going blank and was told I needed to make an appointment to have it checked out, so I made an appointment for the following morning. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back saying that the appointment was not necessary since there was a notification sent to the dealers in November 2017 regarding this problem , they would use my appointment to order the necessary part and let me know when it arrived to schedule an appointment to install the part.
