We needed to have service interval work done, and Larry Palin made it a breeze. Larry got us right in, and gave us a discount that helped us during the current COVID-19 crisis issue. For what it's worth, Larry Palin is by far the best and easiest service manager to work with that AutoMax has ever had. We've been using the service department since 2007, and NO ONE compares to the experience that Larry Palin delivers... period. More

That's fine since those items were needed, however, why was there also a charge for an oil change kit? The oil change kit was already itemized. It seems as if I was charged twice for the same items.
