Finally, after 50 plus years of purchasing automobiles, I had my first pleasant car buying experience. I owe this to Lillian Kouri who attended to my purchase. After much research I decided to buy the Hyundai Elantra Limited with the technology package. Having visited two other dealerships with negative experiences I visited AutoMax Hyundai Del City. It was there that I and my wife met Lillian. There was no pressure put on us and I do despise that kind of treatment and is why I walked out of the two other places I visited. Lillian did everything she said she would do and more and accomplished the complete transaction with a most professional and courteous manner. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the different options of my auto and my communications with her over the course of a few days was superb. I was never left hanging with unanswered questions. Total Overall experience was Great. They found a manual transmission for me and had it sent to them.
