So many options all at Great Prices I found Automax Atlanta (AA) online because they offered several vehicles that I was interested in at a far better price to competition. I got to work I found Automax Atlanta (AA) online because they offered several vehicles that I was interested in at a far better price to competition. I got to work with Shazam and Tyce, who both did an awesome job working with me to find a car with a search that was not narrowed down. I came back to AA three times that week to test drive different vehicles since they had so many in one location, and not once did I feel pressure to make a purchase. The best thing I can recommend and say why I enjoyed my experience here is that all cars have a price range for what you want, but AA will work with you to get the best deal. For example, you will not be able to get a name brand luxury car at a base model sedan price, but if you have an idea what you want to spend on a car they will be able to maximize your $ for what you are looking for without trying to convince you why you need another car. Once I made the decision the process was flawless. More

Bad Experience and Poor Service I purchased a used vehicle from this company in October of 2016 and was promised a replacement sideview mirror. It has been four months and I still d I purchased a used vehicle from this company in October of 2016 and was promised a replacement sideview mirror. It has been four months and I still do not have the mirror. The sales person was very helpful in trying to help however, the follow through was poor. At least three calls to him resulted in no return calls from the service department manager. It took numerous calls and the sales person to give me the sales managers cell phone number in order to get a response. When I spoke with him, he asked "how did I get this number". Two weeks later I received a call and message from Roger or Raja that my mirror had been ordered. My return calls to confirm the replacement mirror is in has resulted in no response to the messages left and the sales managers voicemail box is full so no massages can be left. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this company I would think twice if any kind of "We Owe" is involved in your transaction. More
This place is a joke I couldn't even get a real sales rep. On the phone. Asked for sales manager and was hung up on 3 times. After calling back three times and getting sales rep no personality or sales ability Rick I decided to try finance dept to get on the phone with general manager Omar but was once again transferred to sales and it was Rick once again who hung up on me and said I called him and if I didn't want his help bye and hung up. There are so many dealerships that would love our hard earned money and business so why would anyone buy here after hearing about this experience. I continue shopping at another dealer and so should you. More
Broken promises and shady practices What started out to be a half decent car buying experience turned bad very fast. We called and set up an appointment to see a car. We arrived exactly What started out to be a half decent car buying experience turned bad very fast. We called and set up an appointment to see a car. We arrived exactly on time and the salesperson we spoke with was with another client and had not even pulled our car out for us to view. The car had a dead battery and we had to wait 20 minutes just so they could find the key and get it jumped. We traded in our truck and purchased this vehicle. However, we were not able to take the vehicle home at that time because it needed detailing, the check engine light was on, and there were just a few dings on it and a deep scratch they promised to fix as well as the brakes and a possible alignment issue. We took our current vehicle home as they did not have a loaner for us to use at that time. We tried to get them to fill out a 'we owe you' form that stated everything that needed to fix but they said oh don't worry we promise to fix it. The new car was supposed to be ready in 2 days. Finally 3 days later they said it was ready. The scratch hadn't been fixed, the check engine light was still on and now the window would not work on the driver side. We purchased a coupe so when you open/ shut the vehicle the window goes down and up a bit so it doesn't mess up when you shut the door. Also let me point out we live an hour away. So we did a two hour round trip to purchase the vehicle and my husband made another two hour round trip just to have to go back home again without his new vehicle. The promised us over and over the car would be ready in just another day or two. They also promised us a $75 check to pay for the windows to be tinted for our inconvenience. WE NEVER RECEIVED THIS AND IT HAS BEEN A MONTH. So they told us the car would be ready by 3pm a few days later. I drove the truck we traded in all day (which needless to say did not get good gas mileage and cost me about $30 that day alone) I finally got to the dealership and the car was still NOT ready. Keep in mind this was over a week and a half after we had purchased the vehicle. This time they give me a loaner vehicle. Here's where the story gets really good. The vehicle had no tag on it. I had left the dealership and within 10 minutes I was pulled over and the car was almost impounded and I was almost given a ticket for no tag and driving an illegal vehicle. The dealership could have cared less. Their only response was 'I told you to call us if you got pulled over'. This is ridiculous. Finally after 5 more days of having this 'loaner vehicle' that just sat in my driveway we were unable to use they vehicle was ready. They did meet me half way to get me my car and shocker - the window is still messed up. Because it wasn't closing properly prior to, now there is a windy noise when you drive it from the window not sealing properly anymore. There were two cigarette burns in the seat, there are about 10 new dings in the car and when you accelerate quickly the check engine light flashes indicating a misfire. Also one of the headlights is still not working which we had to replace ourselves even though they were supposed to, but now they refuse to answer our calls or return our messages. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. RAY ELLIS WAS WHO ENDED UP HELPING US AND HE IS THE SALES MANAGER WHO MADE MULTIPLE PROMISES AND DID NOT KEEP HIS END OF THE DEAL. More
