Salesman was Shawn and stuck with me throughout the 2-3 weeks of searching vehicles by sending me live video, stills and answering all of my pain in the butt questions. I had James as the finance guy and he knows his stuff. Owner Omar stood by and actually seemed to care more about my bottom line than his! Shawn even offered to have lunch bought in while I was waiting for my final detail job. Vehicle was a 2013 Lexus ES350. RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! More
A Unbelieveable Great Experience I usually void dealers for a car. We're from Greer, SC, and went to our local Toyota of Greer and what we were looking for, but for some reason, cars I usually void dealers for a car. We're from Greer, SC, and went to our local Toyota of Greer and what we were looking for, but for some reason, cars in SC cost more than GA, NC or TN. When we arrived the place was packed with customers. Issac Hernandez was outside as we drove up. I walked up to him, introduced myself and wife. I told him generally what we were looking for, just looking. We went to his desk and as we told him more of what we wanted, he was able to narrow our search, including the car we came to look at and a 2013 Lexus ES350 with 31K miles that was really out of how price range, but I drove it. What a incredible vehicle with more bells and whistles and luxury than I could image. We looked at the other 2 cars we'd planned to look at and frankly there was no comparison and prices of all 3 were within $3K. Issac brought us a deal on the Lexus that put us in the Lexus. It was a pleasure spending our afternoon with him and I felt like he connected to both of us. A very smart, hard working young man. When my wife is ready to trade her Camry, we're going back. Issac was worth the trip and I'm driving a Lexus now instead of my Highway Patrol Pursuit Camaro and able to restore it as I can. Thanks Issac. More

What I found attractive about Automax were the above average reviews I found online about the dealership, the salesmen/saleswomen and the quality of the products. As soon as I arrived I was greeted professionally and personably; the staff treated me as if I just came home; yet the salesmen did not pressure me in anyway. The vehicle you're looking for can be purchased anywhere I'm sure but I recommend Automax Atlanta to anyone who is looking for an honest and even entertaining environment as well as a wide selection of quality products; many of which are still under warranty. Bad Customer Service and Deception I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle that we saw online which was a Pontiac G6 2006, and when we got there the person that was working was I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle that we saw online which was a Pontiac G6 2006, and when we got there the person that was working was okay but, later he went inside and come back and said you was approved if she would put down 1300 dollars. I ask if this was a cash car he did not answer he proceeded to talk about financing. So, he proceeded to do the financing which added 1000 + to the cost of the car that was $2995 and that is what attracted us to the lot. The car need a few thing like tires and change the oil which they replace the tires but did not change the oil which was not done. We went back there because the light for oil change came on and the person over the sales said the he was tired of us. Not only that but he was sick of us. It is a used car and there are going to something wrong. He also told us to look at the type of car they sale they do not have time to mess around with this car it was placed on the website for quick sale. He aIso said that they have only one mechanic and they do not have time to mess with this car. I have had some bad experience at car dealerships but this top them all. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a used car from them. Because if they asked like this with this car I certainly would not purchase any high end vehicle from them please take heed. More
