I have been checking multiple dealerships intermittently and finally found what I was looking for. I went straight to Automax and Samuel assisted me make the purchase after I took a test drive. Roger did all the paperwork. Altogether it was an extremely easy process. I was treated with more professionalism and courtesy than when working with a few of the larger Honda dealerships in the city. Thank you for Automax, I finally have the fuel efficient car I want and need. More

Rude Email Exchange Never even had the chance to visit this dealership like I wanted. They had a car listed online that looked great and at a decent price. However, after this email exchange, I had zero interest in ever setting foot there. Maybe it was just KENT, maybe it's a reflection of the entire business. They say only really pissed off people leave negative reviews, very true in this case. Here is the exchange: KENT: Hi Amanda, I have been unsuccessful contacting you regarding your recent request from Autotrader.com. We have some great incentives at the moment. Without adding my entire response I basically told KENT that was a very rude way to respond, and rudeness is not really a great way to gain business. I was not aware a car salesman needed to clear their schedule and ignore other customers for a potential walk-in who has no set appointment. Did he really think I would give him our business after he sent this email? Probably not, probably having a bad day and wanted to go off on me. Does not leave the impression that this dealership employs classy, respectful salesmen. More
Smooth and easy...Thanks to Shane. Shane was our contact guy even before my wife and I went to this dealership. Upon arrival, you can see a great selection of cars. Shane was there waiting with the car we are interested in ready for a test drive. He was accommodating and gave us detailed info on the vehicle we're interested in and the buying process. Shane would go the extra mile to get a fair deal, which we did. We bought a 2012 Honda Ridgeline RTL and traded our Mini Cooper Clubman S , even though they're firm with their list price, we were able to negotiate our trade in to a fair value. All in all, we felt like we had a great deal. The finance guy Roger was also great. Ask for Shane for a great car buying experience. He will take care of you. More

Avoid this dealer! Classic bait & switch tactiscs employed. Had a truck advertised on autotrader that looked good at a good price. I called dealer ahead to ensure that Classic bait & switch tactiscs employed. Had a truck advertised on autotrader that looked good at a good price. I called dealer ahead to ensure that the vehicle was indeed on the lot and that the condition was as listed in the advertisement. I informed them that I would be driving 1.5 hours to see the vehicle and was assured that everything was great with this truck. I showed up 1.5 hours later and low and behold, the truck was NOT on the lot. I was told that a manager drove the vehicle home to have some upgrades applied (sure...). They "apologized" that the vehicle wasnt on the lot and later called to explain why it wasnt on the lot and promised to make it right by driving the vehicle to me for a test drive. I agreed and opened my schedule to accommodate this, however they would never follow through on the delivery of the vehicle to my side of town. They kept making excuses and puting me off. Dont waste your time with these shady salesmen. I should have know right from the get-go when I felt the sleeze meter maxing out when I stepped foot on the car lot. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
