I really appreciate the service that Kiana provided in making the process of me purchasing the vehicle go very nice and seem less. I am also grateful for the quality of care she provided after the sale. When my vehicle needed to go to the shop for a minor fix, she took care of everything while I was out of town for a week and had my vehicle ready for me upon my return. Thank you Kiana Nelson 😊. More

One of the most pleasant experience ever! Spoke to Shawn first on phone and he stayed in touch on my drive there. Once there the car was exactly what they showed online. Worst ever!!! I was promised my car would be ready since all paperwork was ready and I drove 3 hours to pick up the car and when I got there I had to wait hour to g I was promised my car would be ready since all paperwork was ready and I drove 3 hours to pick up the car and when I got there I had to wait hour to get the car and it wasn't even cleaned so now they took one more hour to clean the car. I went to pick up the car on Sunday and it was 4th of July weekend so I told the finance guy to hold my check for one day so I could deposit the funds In my account and they deposit the check and it bounced and cost me additional 35 dollars and then when I paid my check that was bounced they would not send me my title and tag because they wanted me to give them additional 35 dollars for their mistake and my tag was expired and I did not get tag till week after. Also sales man was very rude onces I bought the car and lady name aana does not have clue how to talk to customer who is buying a 50k car from your dealership. Would be first and last time they will ever have my or my friends and family's business. More

Avoid this dealership My check engine light came on within 3 weeks of my purchase. The dealership chose not to fix anything, instead told me to go to the manufacturer, whic My check engine light came on within 3 weeks of my purchase. The dealership chose not to fix anything, instead told me to go to the manufacturer, which is 100 just for a diagnosis. Fact is, they do zero checks on cars to find issues and probably do their best to cover up all problems. Untrust worthy. More
