Family experience! Manny was EXCELLENT!!! I found my Honda Civic EX-T on CarGurus and contacted the salesperson via text. He told me what was in stock and provided an Automax resource link with additional Honda Civics for me to look at. We scheduled a test drive that weekend and he called me that morning to let me know the Honda was still available. I drove there and Manny greeted me out front. We test drove, he ran an estimate on my trade-in value, and while I waited on my application to do through, Manny went to the convenient store and bought me and my companion chips and drinks. All of the associates were friendly including but not limited to Manny, Ray, & Alek! I ended with trading my Yukon in for a reasonable trade-in value and leaving with the Honda Civic EX-T that I wanted! I highly recommend Automax, but most importantly our honest, genuine salesman, Manny, because he made us feel like he was our family trying to help us get a deal! It was not one-sided! I called the dealer to inquire about it and they were extremely nice and made an appointment for us to see the vehicle. We traveled four hours to see it, but we’re a little bummed when we got there as the vehicle was missing the back up camera and dvd system mentioned in the ad. This is when Automax showed us the best customer service. They not only agreed to install these items but also to have it delivered to us for no extra charge. I am extremely grateful for finding this dealer and their staff, especially Manny who kept me up to date on the work, sent me pictures, and put up with my many, many calls. More

I attempted to do my first finance of a vehicle from this dealership and was told so many lies from day one. I learned on my second visit to the establishment to record all conversations and that their customer service and management were extremely poor. The vehicle ended up being returned and I purchased a vehicle a day later from a larger well known dealership for the same price (with gap insurance), two years newer, and a quarter of their interest rate. Never go to this "business" unless you want to waste your hard earned money, gas, and time. Be prepared to make at least 4 trips here (2 to do paperwork/purchase the vehicle, 1 to pick up the vehicle, and 1 to go back and have your emissions done that should have been taken care of before picking the vehicle up or they will insist you do it yourself and claim they will only reimburse you up to $15. More

Im 56 years old and have purchased many vehicles, new and used. Thus far this was the most fair, straightforward experience I've ever had. I should also mention I squeezed in a car purchase right before work and they made the deal in an hour, not wasting my entire day playing games! Apparently the big dealerships are big because they make more money ripping people off! I'll be going to Automax, Manny (salesman), Omar (sales manager) and Roger (finance) FIRST if I have a future need. Nice to experience decency, honesty and integrity in car sales again! More

I first contacted the dealership a week ago and had applied on line. A few days went by and I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and spoke with a lady who said she was a manager. I gave her my trade info and asked her to give me an appraisal. She said it was between 11 and 22 thousand based off of the information I gave her. I had spoken to Mr.Jackson before and was trying to get a hold of him again. I asked his Manager, to give him a message to call me. That was on Wednesday.Saturday, I had gotten tired of waiting and I called again....Another sales person had called and I gave him my info and FINALLY Mr.Jackson called me back. Throughout the day, I kept getting promises of calling you back in 5 minutes,which turned into a few hours each time. Around 6 He called me and said I needed to put $3000 dollars down because they were only gonna give me$9000 for my trade. I told him I had spoken to his Manager and gave her all the info prior and she told me 11-12 thousand. He said, she had one number off on the vin and they were only gonna allow me $9000. My trade in is 11-12 according to NADA, KBB, MMR...etc.... I understand Mr.Jackson is only doing what he is told.. But his Managers are making him look horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They obviously do not want to sell cars and lie about things they tell you. I, myself, am in Sales. This is no way to treat a customer..over the phone or in perrson. More
