We were told it was perfect condition before we drove there. We paid cash with the promise of a new windshield and compartment door put on. They also were going to deliver the car within 2 days! They also promised 2 year oil changes. The car was finally delivered 7 days later with nothing fixed! No one returns your calls not even the sales manager. We filed a formal complaint on BBB.org and the dealership is acting like we are lying. We also found a hypodermic needle in the glovebox. I wouldn't send my enemy to these people. They took my phone from me and asked me to give them a 5 star rating before we left, sneaky scum. More

Buyers Beware I purchased a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport from this dealer in February 2018. The purchasing process was okay, but before I agreed to purchase, I specif I purchased a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport from this dealer in February 2018. The purchasing process was okay, but before I agreed to purchase, I specifically asked if the car came with two key FOBs, and I was told by the salesperson that it did, and the spare FOB was "in the closet." Only until after I closed the deal, they told me that there was only one key FOB. I went to a real Lexus dealership and had to purchase a second key FOB, on my own expense ($350.00). Secondly, the vehicle had no gearshift knob installed, and the salesperson claimed that they keep the knobs locked away to prevent knob theft. We literally test drove the vehicle without it. However, after closing the deal, the salesperson simply unscrewed a knob from another similar vehicle on their lot, and screwed it onto mine. Thirdly, not until a month later (late March), I noticed FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, that the wheel paint colors did not match - the two in the front were a different color than the two in the rear. All four wheels have a similar shade of grey, so it was very difficult to notice at the time of the purchase. The two wheels on the front were a darker shade, which could easily be mistaken for brake dust accumulation. The very same day that I noticed the difference, I took the vehicle back to the lot and the sales manager acknowledged the discrepancy and told me to return in a couple of days so that a service technician can determine a resolution. As instructed, I returned with the vehicle on time, just for the sales manager to tell me that he didn't know where the service technician was, and that he didn't know what time he would arrive. I expressed my frustration with him that I showed up at the time he instructed, but his response was that the technician was a "vendor" and that "he can't control him," which makes absolutely no sense if this is to be considered a legitimate business establishment. That is a huge red flag if a sales manager has no control over any basic business operation. At this point, I was sensing that I was getting the run around in classic buy-here-pay-here dealership fashion, so I've decided to go get the wheels painted on my own dime ($750). BTW, when I asked the sales manager if they would consider covering a portion of the cost (not even the entire cost), he looked at me like I just stepped off an alien ship, so I knew there was very little chance that they would be willing to make a sound business decision and reconcile this situation. This vehicle should have never been put on the lot like that, and now I will have paid an additional $1,000 for a vehicle that I agreed to pay market value for. I have learned a valuable lesson and Automax has now ruined their reputation; along with all of those pretend dealerships that you see on the side of the roads. From now on, I deal with big dealerships that have the resources and business acumen to not be petty about minor discrepancies like mine. As a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia, I believe I have a strong breach of implied and expressed warranty, and a breach of merchantability case, and would love to take legal action, but frankly the time and effort that it would take to file a complaint in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court would outweigh the damages that I would be awarded, so this is why I am taking the time to express my frustration. I would end up spending at least 10 hours ($350/hour) of my own time, plus court fees on this case. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Gwinnett County. More
No Integrity. Does not stand by their word. I first visited Automax Atlanta on Wednesday, March 7 to look at several of the Honda Accords for my daughter. I returned again on Saturday March 10 w I first visited Automax Atlanta on Wednesday, March 7 to look at several of the Honda Accords for my daughter. I returned again on Saturday March 10 with my daughter with me this time- we had narrowed our search down to 3 cars on this lot. After considerable time spent going over these cars, we decided on a Honda Accord Sport SE. After agreeing on a price, I informed them that we would be paying for the car in cash and would need to wait until the banks were open on Monday. The General Sales Manager assured us that this would be no problem, that we did not even need to put money down that he would the hold the car for us until then. He did ask us that we fill out all of the paperwork, even down to signing the title in my daughters name to show that we were committed. We did so. When we returned to the dealership on Monday, March 12, to pick up our car only to find out through the sales manager that they had sold it for more money than we agreed on. His response was "That's just business". He could have cared less. He could have called to let us know he had already sold the car, but instead he let us drive all the way there after taking a half day off from work. AND THEN he told us to leave his business and get out, like we had done something wrong. GLADLY WE LEFT! There are no amount of words I can put in this review to describe how dissatisfied I am with this dealership. I would never recommend it to anyone. This dealership has no integrity and they do not stand by their word. WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE IF THEY WERE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. Buyers please beware. I hope this helps any potential buyers. Anxious to see how he tries to spin this like it didn't happen. More
