Car buyers stay away I bought a vehicle from this dealership via online this year (may 2019). The salesperson Kia told me that after the sales transaction is finished the I bought a vehicle from this dealership via online this year (may 2019). The salesperson Kia told me that after the sales transaction is finished the vehicle will be delivered within a week. Approximately 3 weeks and numerous phone calls later the vehicle arrived and the odometer read 600 miles more than what was supposed to be on the document sent to me. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it obviously have a radiator leak and the coolant exploded all over the engine bay. I contacted the manager and discussed the issue in which they agreed to send me a radiator and $150 for the repair. The only thing they did was send me a cheap radiator. They also said they will send the second key fob but I never received it. After several calls and messages I still haven't seen the promised money or the second key fob. Salesperson's name is Kia. Managers are Cleveland Tubbs, and "Omar". I should've read the past reviews before dealing with this dealership. I have pictures of the leaking radiator and engine bay. I also used the delivery driver as a witness on the discrepancy with the odometer. I highly suggest to future car buyers to stay away from these guys. More

Buyer Beware I purchased a car from them. When they removed the sticker from the back window, they must have used a knife or something to get it off because the ti I purchased a car from them. This was after I had gone in to sign the papers and it went back for detailing. I was from out of town and did not realize it till the next day. I called numerous times to try to get them to do something about it and they refused. It's sad because I am enjoying the car but not willing to work with me to get it fixed has rubbed my the wrong way. Make sure you have looked your car over before you drive away, EVEN in the same visit and after detailing. I made that mistake and am having to pay now to have it fixed. Buyer Beware. More

They post false advertisement and then try and LIE about it. We called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle we had seen online was still available. We were told it was and that we could go look at it as soon as possible. We arrive about 20 minutes later and are greeted by a a rep named David Robinson who proceeded to tell us that the vehicle we are interested in is not a good vehicle and needs lots of work. We originally saw the car on carfax dot com where it was listed as **PERFECT CONDITION**. David Robinson told us to go inside with him to see what was available. He showed us only vehicles out of our price range. As i sat there i went on carfax to make sure i didn't read wrong. Just as i thought it said **perfect condition**. I proceeded to ask David Robinson why they would list the car as perfect condition if it wasn't in fact so. Before i could even finish saying it he cut me off and tried to say that they have no control over what carfax says about the vehicles which is a LIE. the dealership created the post on carfax. Not only that i also checked the dealership website and it STATED THE SAME THING. PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. same wording and everything. I called the dealership back to ask about the vehicle again and i made it a point to ask if the vehicle worked. Whoever was on the other line got flustered and told me that they didn't know because they haven't driven it. I told him that as a rep of the dealership they should know or ask someone who knows and he said he would ask and get back to me. Its been an hour and no call back. All in all after reading other reviews on here coupled with my personal experience, i would definitely recommended staying away from these scammers. ***READ OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE, FB, GOOGLE, YELP ETC**** BEWARE More

Therefore I said, I won’t take it. They said they were gonna fix everything but I said no. As a customer I think I have the freedom to decide whether I will buy the car or not. After I said no, they got angry!!! One indian/Pakistani guy came and started yelling at me!! He even started speaking Hindi/Urdu. Even though I said, I don’t understand what you’re saying . It seemed like that if you go there you have to buy their car. Otherwise they will get angry and yell at you. It was my beyond imagination that a car dealer can behave like this with a customer!!!! I authorized them to check my credit score once, and they did a hard pull on my credit score with five different banks. So, if you are looking to buy a car with them they will wreck your credit score if you do not ultimately decide to buy. On another note, I tried calling their finance office for a week, and no one answered, and the mailbox is always full. This place is shady. Do not buy a car here. More

The others were bad. The only reason is I wanted the truck, and I was going to get it because it was still under factory warranty so anything wrong I could have it corrected or so I thought. Bought it site unseen took delivery at the airport. Truck was filthy. I found out the some systems didn't work on it, the truck had been wrecked and covered up with a grill, what could've been stolen from it was, the battery, spare was flat, tire iron and lug wrench was gone, bumper sensors were missing. Drove it back to Florida found that the roof rubber spacers were ripped off, covered under warranty. The dealer charged me 599.99 for dealer prep fee. For what cost of stealing everything? Stay as far away as possible.DO NOT DEAL WITH!!! More

After a few red flags: reading endless bad reviews on car websites and the better business bureau, also while reading through the paperwork it involved signing a arbitration agreement. Eventually I decided not to purchase the car and was told by the sales manager Carl Lee and another employee Manny that I would receive my deposit back. That did not happen. No one would take my phone calls and my texts were ignored, after being hounded for weeks to purchase the car, they all of sudden stopped taking my calls and text... imagine that.... Manny was the only one who would reciprocate my calls or texts but he just talked in circles and made false promises. I had a terrible experience dealing with this dealership, but I’m beyond grateful I only lost a few hundred dollars and did not actually purchase the car from them. You live and you learn. More

I've actually bought 2 cars at the same from them and got treated like dirt. The salesman sold me broken promises and his approaches was the craziest ever from raising his voice to cursing at me (after my down payment was already taken). 1. Free shipping is false. He told me he would PERSONALLY deliver my vehicles. I had to end up catching a bus from Columbia to Atlanta to pick them up only to find out only 1 was ready after being told they both were. Signed to the contracts for both same day without leaving with my other vehicle was told it would be ready the next day (that was a lie). I had to wait a week then ended up meeting him halfway. .Wasted my gas and time was told I'll get reimbursed for my trip that never happened. ****This is only the beginning..... On my way back to Columbia the oil light came on the vehicle after Shawn the "salesman" told me they did a 100% vehicle inspection on the vehicle which I asked for proof was never emailed the inspection. Talked to Carl the "owner" from what Shawn told me (which turned out to be another lie) told me to bring the car to a shop in their area where they would have the car repaired being that I've only had the car for 2 weeks. Only to drive all the way back for them to say "oh we cant fo anything." I've invested alot into this company only to be treated like I owed them something. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE DONT BY A FORIEGN CAR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Update....2 months later had to sell the car get into more debt because the ENGINE was bad which is something they knew as well before selling the car. 12k down the drain in a matter of months. More
