Awesome experience. I was very leary coming to a dealership outside if Carmax because I didn't want the pressure and the haggle. I came there and it was one of the best car buying experiences that I dealership outside if Carmax because I didn't want the pressure and the haggle. I came there and it was one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. Tony the General Manager was a great people person and very humble. He understood all if my concerns and accommodated them. The Finance Manager Dwan Alexander explained everything in detail prior to me signing anything and wanted to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and my decision to purchase it. My salesman Alex wasn't as familiar since he was new, but he was very upfront about it and connected me immediately to the General Manager. It was a very team-oriented environment, which really made me feel very comfortable being there. I will refer this dealership to many and I look forward to returning whrn I purchase another vehicle. More

Misleading information on cars listed for sale Went to look at a car for sale. Their ad specifically stated 1 owner non-smoker car, no accidents, owner's manual and service records. The carfax shows an accident, two owners, and when I went and looked at the car, there was no owners manual or service records for the car - their excuse was it was bought at auction and all cars are emptied when sold. They stated their price was firm after I pointed out that for this type of specialty car (Porsche turbo @$60k), records were vital and therefore their absence devalued the vehicle. More

I saw a CR-V online, called them to make sure its available and setup an appointment to buy the CR-V. I drove 1 hour to reach their dealership, waited for 20 min since the sales rep. is assisting another customer and finally when they are free to assist me sales rep Anthony approaches and tells me someone put a deposit on the same CR-V I came there to buy and he cant sell it to me. Unbelievable !!! I asked him to show me the evidence, he gets mad goes inside prints a piece of paper SLAMS that paper on the table and rudely tells me I called him a liar ! With this kind of treatment to the customers and lacking common sense of keeping the customer informed I strongly believe they don’t deserve earning anyones business. More
