I saw a great deal via cartrader.com at automallcollection. I arranged a meeting with the sales guy for Saturday at 5P to look at a 2012 528 used car, so I rented a car to drive there. Strange office - anyway, when arriving there he though that I am coming for a 2010 528. Although arrange a specific meeting the car was at another location and I was told that it will be here in ten minutes. In the meantime he asked me if I am willing to make a deal today and I told him, that I will need time to consider. When mentioning that I actually came for the 2012er model that one was suddenly in service and not available. So Jon started to show me some other cars outside without taking car of my budget or mile limit. As it was clear that no car was coming (not even the 2010) he promised to let me know when the 2012er would be back. But that never happend. In the end I ended up with paying for a rental withouth having a test ride. So if you go to automallcollection - be sure that they have your car ready or otherwise don't go there - I cannot recommend it. More
Why I have given this review is simple - Sunny was outstanding in his service and his consideration. The other employees were, to be quite honest, not friendly and hot helpful with an unfortunate inc outstanding in his service and his consideration. He made the effort to ease the tension among the other employees and also volunteered to take me to Boston to get the key. He also waited for me to return on the T, and I had received another ride, but he was still the major reason why the sale was made. He exceeded any expectations and has helped me with other related car matters since the purchase. He is an exceptional employee who should be rewarded and valued beyond anyone else. I teach business communication at Emerson College. Sunny epitomizes the best of customer relations. More
From my first phone call to today it has been a great experience dealing with the Automall Collection. My initial call was an inquiry to see if they still had a vehicle I had just seen advertised. It was late in the day and the Automall would be closing in 30 minutes so I really did not have time to get there that evening. I spoke with Eddie, the owner, he said come down anyway and I will wait for and he did. I purchased the vehicle and in a few days I picked it up. The entire experience was easy. Now, with all things a problem may arise and one with the vehicle did. It was a small safety issue and Eddie was a concerned and wanted to get it taken care of right away. As things go, this started on a very busy weekend and I could not get the car to a local garage until Monday morning and that would be a logistical nightmare for me at the time. As I was getting ready to enjoy the balance of my Sunday afternoon Joe called and asked if they could send a tow truck to get it to the repair shop, this was completely on their own. I did not ask, mention or request this. The problem was fixed and it could not have been easier. These are very friendly and accommodating people. They could manage any business well as it is all about customer service and these folks have it down. I would recommend the Automall Collection to anyone without hesitation! More
I'll keep this short. I had a good experience. I dealt with the owner. He didn't waste me time which I appreciate above all else. I called this dealership Monday June 16, 2013 and spoke with Ramon about 2 different cars. One was a 2011 Mercedes E350 with 44k miles and the other was a 2009 BMW 650 with 30k miles. I specifically asked with Ramon about 2 different cars. One was a 2011 Mercedes E350 with 44k miles and the other was a 2009 BMW 650 with 30k miles. I specifically asked about the Carfax for both and was told they were both clean, never in an accident. I asked Ramon to email them to me and explained that it was a 35 mile trip one way and didn't want to waste my time. I got the Carfax for the e350 within a few minutes. I waited about 1/2 hr and the one for the 650 didn't come yet. I had errands to run soI left. They were expecting me there at 2pm but I was running late, mainly because we were having thunder storms and it was pouring out. At about 2:15 I got a call from another person at the dealership named Jay. He called my home number first because I didn't give them my cell. My wife told them I was out looking at cars and gave them my cell. He wanted to make sure I was still coming and I assured him I was. I asked a second time about the Carfax and was told it was clean no accidents. When I got there Jay was with another customer and eventually another person helped me. I wanted to take the 650 out first because it was the one I was most interested in. I asked him if I liked it, could I take it home to show my wife so she could feel how it rode (she has 3 disks degenerating in her neck and some cars cause a lot of pain). They had no problem with that so I took it for a short ride and didn't think it would be too bad for her so I went back tothe dealership to make arrangements. This is when the Carfax appeared. They showed me how it had ALL of the service work and maintenance done whch was several pages long. They also pointed out that it was a one owner and no reported accidents. Strangely enough, the carfax recommended taking 1,700 off the book value. Thought this should have been the opposite given the service records and one owner. When I asked about this, they said it was because the dealer bought the car back. I was originally told it was off lease. I took the carfax to look at it myself because it just wasn't adding up. Looking closely, there it was. The car was bought back and "BRANDED A LEMON". They still tried to sell me on the fact that the carfax was clean. We obviously had a different definition of clean. After wasting 3 hours of my time and 1/2 tank of gas, I checked to see if they ever sent the carfax, which it looked like they did but when I clicked on the link, I got an authorization error. They had about 50 cars on their lot and they were all high end so you would expect honesty, but in the end, they turned out to be the type that continue to give used car lots, the stigma that some of them do notvdeserve but end getting thanks to dishonest dealers like this that will tell you anything to get you on their lot. I sure hope the roll over I saw on the way home wasn't driving too fast in the pouring rain because he was angry after just having a similar situation. More

I was asking a lot of them to make me happy and they met all my needs. When trying to get a price that worked for me Eddie was firm but extremely fair. To me, that is all you can ask for. I ended up bringing my girlfriend to look at an Acura TSX. We walked out with both. After the sale they made sure the cars were up to our standards and they really appreciated the business. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and by the way, they have great cars. I was really impressed with the selection. Go see these guys! More

The car needed a few small things to be perfect and David promised me that the dealership would provide those things at their cost. Due to my busy schedule, it took a little longer than I anticipated, but David and the AutoMall did everything they promised to do. Brandon Wright at the AutoMall Service Center in Norwood was equally great to work with. I would highly recommend this salesman, this dealership, and this repair facility. More

I contacted this dealership about purchasing a used smart car. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealership they explained that there had been some sort of mistake and that I ac car. When I complained to the owner he agreed to the original price but said that I would have to pay $478 in document fees. Then the battery in the car was dead and I couldn't take it for a test drive. Needless to say, I didn't buy the car. These people are caricatures of sleazy car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
I had the best car buying experience here. They got me a great rate with not so great credit and worked with me on the whole process.
