Felt like family I been in search of a BMW for a couple off months now, and all my visits at the dealerships have been horrible. Most off them were out there, just to sell you a car so they can make money off you. My hopes for buying one off my dream cars were quickly fading away. After many prayers, I finally came across "Autoline" in VA and instantly I felt like I was talking to life-long friends. Brian (Sales-Associate) approached me with a friendly smile and quickly struck up a conversation and answered ALLLL my question. His knowledge off the cars they had for sale was profound! He had a lot of patience and let me test drive the cars I desired and requested. After test driving few cars, my hear and mind easily settled on one particular car. I instantly, fell in love with a car I've always often dreamed off. After making a decision, he then introduced me to a co-worker of his by the name Kyle (Sales-Associate). Kyle, was a huge help for me. He spent not hours, but a few days (LITERALLY few days) working with the finance companies, getting the price and rates I wanted. If it weren't for his dedication and determination to help their customers, I wouldn't be driving one off my dream cars today. I plan on going back to them in the future for all my car purchases.
