Autoline is great. They are very professional and stand behind their work. We bought a used Toyota Camry right after it was traded in and they knew of a few repairs they needed to make before we could driv behind their work. We bought a used Toyota Camry right after it was traded in and they knew of a few repairs they needed to make before we could drive it off the lot. Once it was ready we took it home and it was not running perfectly so we brought it back. They continued to repair it for no extra charge until it was perfect. I cannot say enough great things about Autoline. More

This was the worst experience I have ever had from a dealership. False advertising and price gouging customers. They raised the price on a pre owned truck after it was online and advertised. They raised it $1000 because it was a popular truck and they figured they could make more money off of someone. This is not the old days when you buy a car from the newspaper. All info is online to buy a car which means it should be easier. They are liars and wrong for what they are doing. More

No integrity When you hear about shady dealers, this is one of them. The only reason I went to this dealer was because they had good reviews. that turned out not to be the case, I talked with Matt on sunday the 25th of Oct, about a 2007 mustang, I asked him if i could get an inspector to come look at it before buying it. he said certainly, we welcome that. so I organized an inspector to go inspect it on the 28th of oct, at this time I told his that if he sells it to let me know, as this inspector was $180.00. i tried txting him a few times on the 27 and on the 28th, to confirm the appt. I never heard back i got a email from inspector saying he left 2 messages and was not returning any calls. he never returned any of mine. so I thought it was weird since he told me he would let me know, and had kept in good touch till 27th. well I just decided to go on cars.com to see if it was still there, and it was not then i checked their website to see and it was also gone of their. So instead of taking the time to let me know that he sold it, he just decided to ignore my calls and txts and that of the inspector. I realize its a business and they are in the business to sell cars. but there should be some kind of integrity attached to this industry. In the military we learned that a leader is only as good as the people that work for him, so in saying that, this dealership is one that i would never recommend to anyone nor will i ever contact them again. they are just shady….if he had the integrity and customer focus as any decent business man would have, he would have called or toted and let me know he sold it, I'm now out of the $180.00, so again; DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.
