Auto-Lenders was on the way to this other dealer so we stopped in. We were warmly greeted by Thomas Burgess upon entering the show room. He introduced himself, asked a few questions and then showed us a few cars in the showroom before getting the Honda Pilot we saw that we liked. There was absolutely no [pressure from him at all. Although he did warn me that once I drove the Pilot I would not want to try any other car. He was correct (!) and my determination to only look and test drive went right out the window. I ended up purchasing the car. Thomas never pressured us and was very accommodating. The process took us an hour past closing time and not once did he rush us or make us feel that we were putting him out-pretty awesome for a young guy on a Friday night. I highly recommend Auto Lenders of Princeton. Be sure to ask for Thomas Burgess but I am sure all sales consultants will be just as good. More

Customer service you deserve AJ Kingsland sold me my 2017 Subaru WRX back in January. He came to the showroom in a blizzard. Our salesman, Tom Burgess, was so patient and knowledgeable about the cars we searched through. He drove us all over the lot late at night and described the features of each car we looked at as if they were his own. After we described exactly what we were looking for, he found us the perfect car! They went above and beyond and accommodated us all the way! The whole process was explained and streamlined - we were literally in and out in an hour. They washed, detailed and gassed up our new purchase. What an AWESOME experience! More
