Rob was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to answer every single one of my (many!) questions and requests with honesty and detail, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He clearly cared more that we are happy and confident with our decision than just closing a deal. We reached a fair, win-win deal, and I left completely satisfied. As usually I received excellent service from Marshal (Sales Rep) and Santiago. I just purchased my 7th car from them. I go in, pick my car out, and out the door. They only asked once if I wanted any extras and no pressure sales like other dealerships. The process at Autolenders is the easiest car purchase experience you can have. You don't have to block your entire day out and have your keys of your trade-in held hostage while you "negotiate" the deal. Their inventory is plentiful with good used cars. Keep in mind all there car are lease returns or customer trades. NO AUCTION CARS!! My wife is very happy with her car and everyone knows how that goes, Happy Wife, Happy Life. More
