I can do any service right at the dealer I’m at but I never experienced such great customer service. A lot of what she was doing i relaid back to ownership so we can start. Not only will I be back for service but I will probably get another car from that dealer knowing that she’s there in service. Can’t say enough. Just the best!! More
Everyone we have encountered at Autoland Springfield has been very friendly, very professional and very helpful. I was extremely frustrated when the dashboard of my Wrangler with only 1,000 miles on it, lit been very friendly, very professional and very helpful. I was extremely frustrated when the dashboard of my Wrangler with only 1,000 miles on it, lit up with “Stop safely vehicle will shut off soon” and we were scheduled to leave on a trip with this car. Autoland took my jeep in right away and the service department was able to rectify the issue quickly. Pedro Shimazu followed up with a phone call the following day to make sure everything was still ok. Unfortunately, Pedro and Aldeen McKinnis got the brunt of my frustration, although I do know that none of this was the fault of anyone at Autoland. They were both incredibly kind and very helpful despite the fact that I was so upset. More
