Went in to get my vehicle diagnosed because all my windows were not working from what I thought was a window regulator issue. After the diagnosis, was told it was a shortage in my window master switch windows were not working from what I thought was a window regulator issue. After the diagnosis, was told it was a shortage in my window master switch and would cost $200+ to change. Told them to go ahead and fix it. About 1/2 an hour later, the dealership representative I was dealing with came to me and said they made an error in pricing and the cost to change the master switch was really 300+. Not only had I wasted an extraordinary amount of time so far having to wait for the vehicle to be diagnosed, but halfway in the middle of my issue being repaired, I'm now told I'd have to fork out more money. If that's not a classic bait and switch move by a dealership, I dont know what is. To add insult to injury, I had to wait an additional 1 hour to get my vehicle when I declined to pay the additional cost and told them to give me back the car. As a follow up, I sought an alternative to figure out how else I could get the window master switch changed without the incredible cost. I took to the internet and found that the switch cost $60 shipped and was provided an instructional video online of the step by step process. Turns out its a 10 minutes fix to pop out the old switch, unplug and install the new one. I've had a harder time adjusting the clock in my vehicle to daylight savings time. I felt a sense of pride having installed the switch myself and thought I got one over on the dealership. Turns out they'd have the last laugh because its not a window master switch issue as they had diagnosed, but indeed a regulator problem as I originally thought. So the $125 I paid for the diagnosis was wrong and a waste of money. How can anyone not be frustrated!!!! More

I was driving home in a little over 2 hours.I have leased 21 cars (family-friends) since 1990 and this was one of the easiest process that I have encountered. When my lease or my wife's lease is up ( she is on her 5th Camry)I will come back to Autoland. I can't say enough about your sales person Jude-- he has the ability to make the customer feel that he is working with you not against you. Your leader Mark has used the words "experience the difference" I for one have seen these words now take the form of action. Tom More

This has been the best auto-dealership experience that I've ever had up to now, and I've had several over the years! I can highly recommend Autoland. The sales personal I dealt with - Adam; Felix; and Owen and the finance guy, Steve, were amiable, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable about both the vehicles and the pricing that I was interested in - not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or sign anything. The selection of vehicles available for road testing was impressive, and the follow up from Autoland since I picked up my vehicle is phenomenal! More

Sales representative, Jesus M. Valentin, Jr. was superb. very knowledgeable, friendly and his first priority was evident "Customer Service". I had a complicated and pressure-loaded personal schedule the morning I drove my ailing Sienna into your workshop. I was seeking immediate attention - I had no appointment - your staff nonetheless made me feel my obligations were as important to them as were their own. They were fun to talk with. They took care to explain clearly the details of what they would have to do regarding the brakes and pistons and an outside mirror, none of which were performing as well as they should have been. They gave me a car to use for the rest of the day and overnight while they worked on mine. I wish also to cite the efficiency and thoughtfulness of three women in the financial office. I had misplaced an essential insurance document. One of the three telephoned my insurance company on her own initiative to obtain a copy for Toyota files along with an extra for my own.
