I went today(08/31/13) to buy a certified pre owned vehicle. I went there on the day before to discuss the price. Today I went again to purchase the car and they didn't follow what we discussed. They took advantage of me. They said it'd be $10,800 and it ended up being 13,000 without taxes, MV and all the other htings we have to pay for. I really don't know what to do.
