They took care to explain clearly the details of what they would have to do regarding the brakes and pistons and an outside mirror, none of which were performing as well as they should have been. They gave me a car to use for the rest of the day and overnight while they worked on mine. I wish also to cite the efficiency and thoughtfulness of three women in the financial office. I had misplaced an essential insurance document. One of the three telephoned my insurance company on her own initiative to obtain a copy for Toyota files along with an extra for my own. Overall process was very good extremely friendly and personable staff. Only slight negative thing to say is took awhile to get through the financing process. In all fairness though the maintenance crew most likely could not see it that well it was nighttime and we purchased a black car. However, We Got a Great Deal and would recommend this dealership to everyone! We will go back for the next car! More

I walked into Autoland a little nervous from an experience at another dealership two weeks earlier. There was no reason what-so-ever to be worried. From the beginning, this dealership provided ex experience at another dealership two weeks earlier. There was no reason what-so-ever to be worried. From the beginning, this dealership provided excellent customer service. I pulled up the wrong building, however a young lady (forgive me, I forgot her name) was standing outsite, brought me inside to introduce me to the general manager, who was very helpful, and the two of them got me over to the right place. I met the manager of the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep area, John, and he brough over Jesus to assist me. Quick as anything, he had the keys ready for a test drive - I already knew what car I was interested in - and I was at ease before the test drive was even finished. I was a bit concerned that we wouldn't be able to get my numbers to work, but we came to an extremely fair compromise and before I knew it, my bottom line was approved and they were working up the paperwork to review with me. The gentleman who had me signing documents was quick and explained each document I was signing - even stopped me when I got a little signature-happy on the contract part because he wanted to go over it with me first. I left a short time later with a 2009 Dodge Caliber, a car I had been looking into for a bit, looking for the right one as far as price and milage were concerned, and was able to find it at Autoland, hassle free thanks to Jesus and the team over at Autoland Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. If you are looking for excellent service and find yourself at Autoland, ask for Jesus. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasurable buying experience, thanks to his great personality, sense of humor and understanding of my situation. Thank You Jose & Autoland! More
I bought my new Toyota Yaris in April 2009 from Autoland Toyota. I was extremly nervous, but from the second I walked into the showroom I was totally surprised. The entire staff was friendly and helpful all the way through the car buying process. I was never pressured into buying or committing. Filling out the paperwork was a breeze and everything was explained to me so that I was able to understand what I was signing. I got a great financing program, and couldn't love my car more. Shopping at Autoland was the total opposite experience of car buying at a dealership that I was expecting. I will always refer my friends and family here, because they truly have the best service and provide the best experience out there. More
I would recommend this dealer and I have to all my friends and family. They were so nice, helpful and they even have a playroom for my children. After we finished choosing our car we had a place to watch a movie with theater seats and popcorn, they even served us pizza, water and coffee. My salesperson even told me that I have an oppotunity to meet the service department at the "NEW OWNERS CLINIC" who ever heard of that. Autoland didnt just sell me a car they started a new relationship with me. I even have everyone's cell phone numbers!!!!! THUMBS UP FOR AUTOLAND! More
