I have been extremely disappointed in the past with my prior maintenance appointments in Dover and Wayne. Autoland in Springfield is simply the best and I actually get excited to pick up my Jeep because I know it will run like new when they are done with it. My last visit was another example of exemplary performance. In fact, not only was my Jeep tuned up, it required a new battery and Alan was able to get it done and installed for me quickly while I waited! I have recommended this dealership on several occasions and will never go anywhere else!! If they had a 100 point scale this department would merit the top score....Thank you Autoland!- James More
