Well, I got to the dealership for a routine oil change maintenance on my 2000 Siena. while I was waiting, I decided to go to the sales floor to see if anything would interest me. I was Introduced to Humberto and He was able to talk to me in a nice manner, I did tell him that if I was to buy something I would only do it based on 3 criterias as follows: find something that I like, get a 0% agreement and get a decent price for my 2006 Siena. I finally got in love with a 2012 Rav4 and I got a 0% agreement and I got a decent price for the 2006 Siena. So with Humberto's Help I was able to acomplish succesfully what I wanted when I walked into the sales floor. More
