I left voicemail after voicemail, and the service manager, Alan, refused to return my phone calls. I never got a staight answer from anyone in the place about any of my questions. I was about to spend a few thousand dollars on a repair, and couldn't even get a legitimate quote, or itemized parts list. When one of the representatives at Autoland Jeep is moving their lips, just know that they are lying. More

Shady business practice Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in the beginning of the month for the Summer Travel Special (to include an oil change, topping off all fluids, Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in the beginning of the month for the Summer Travel Special (to include an oil change, topping off all fluids, etc.). The tire rotation was included however, they DID NOT top off any of my fluids or complete the multi-point inspection, test battery check cabin air filters or check belts and hoses. I immediately noticed the engine coolant was right at the fill line and the power steering fluid reservoir was completely empty. I paid for the service which I did not receive and they provided the bare minimum service. Shame on you Autoland! Two days later AFTER my oil change, my check engine light comes on It turns out that the Engine Oil Pressure Sensor was defective. (What a convenient time considering I JUST got an oil change). I've never ever had a problem and all of a sudden now? They continue to tell me that I need a new power steering assembly (which all said and done was about $1,600). I've always brought my truck to Autoland for oil changes and followed the maintenance guidelines so if they are SUPPOSED to check the fluid levels at each oil service visit and noticed something was out of the ordinary, I would have been informed that there was potential problem and could have dealt with it accordingly. Autoland's business practices are questionable (at best) and I am truly disappointed in the sequence of events that have taken place. Quality control at their facility is extremely poor and should be investigated by corporate. I hope to never ever step foot inside Autoland ever again. More

I had a horrible experience leasing my Chrysler 300 from Autoland. My sales person Guy Saintilien bluntly lied right to my face misrepresenting the car vital information. He repeated several times answering my inquiries (both in person and later on the phone) that car I was getting is ALL WHEEL DRIVE when in fact it was REAR-WHEEL drive. When I realized that I was shamelessly fooled into leasing the wrong car, I immediately called Guy’s manager Jerome Jackson to try to straighten the situation. He assured me that the problem will be taken care of and there is no rush. ANOTHER LIE! I got to the dealership only for Jerome to tell me that it is too late to change anything. After tens of unanswered phone calls and messages, I was able to get in touch with General Sales Manager- Michael Cohen, who said that he is sorry for me (like I need that!! ) but there is nothing he can do to help. Nobody was reprimanded in any way for the misrepresenting the vital car facts and for directly lying to the customer! The whole dealership culture and work ethics top to bottom seems to be deeply flawed and crook-like. I am amazed that in our day and age it is still possible to fraud the customer so shamelessly and get away with it. I will be looking to another place for my next car and recommend that you do the same. More
