Mechanic did a nice job. I had a hitch installed on my diodge Durango and also an oil change. The job went very well and the mechanic did a nice job. The only negative I have is with the communication with the dealership. You cannot get thru with your calls and are on hold forever. I got cut off multiple times and I did not get a call back as requested on my voice mail. The people at the dealership are very friendly and accomadating in person. Maybe they need someone dealing with the over the phone customer service. Also a suggestion for the dealership to add better lighting in the bay areas as it is very dim for the mechanics. They should go LED and save monies on electric and also brighten up the place. More
