B service Brought my car in on Wednesday at 7:30 am for a B service. Was given a loaner with only 3 bars of gas. Turned out the service took 2 1/2 days! I was Brought my car in on Wednesday at 7:30 am for a B service. Was given a loaner with only 3 bars of gas. Turned out the service took 2 1/2 days! I was given updates "(not done yet") at the end of Wednesday and Thursday. I have always given a very high rating for service but this time I was incredibly disappointed. Apparently, the service department was understaffed and over loaded. Tom did his best to assuage my frustration.Additionally, I think all loaners should be near full before loaned to clients. More

Excellent service experience I came to Autohaus because Ken Dunaway, one of the assistant service managers, was recommended to me. He listened and understood my unique mechanical I came to Autohaus because Ken Dunaway, one of the assistant service managers, was recommended to me. He listened and understood my unique mechanical issue. He related it accurately to his AMG tech and the issue was found and fixed in one visit. He worked with me verifying which service items to perform at this time. He called and updated me. Car was done on time and was spotless. 5 stars. More

3 visits to fix same issue, almost 1 month in the shop In past, excellent, and still in general trust. 3 visits to fix same issue, almost 1 month total in the shop to fix shudder/ vibration on turning. Apparently alot of time to get Mercedes to accept their own extended warranty! On last visit, had routine maintenance (service A) performed. The rear tires were underinflated and the tire warning lights went on as I drove home! More

I drive 3 hours round trip to have my service done there. Tom initially didn’t think he could fulfill my service appt but then was able to do so and more.
