A routine service turned into a multi day issue because a part broke during the service... to their credit they put me a loaner and went out of their way to resolve the issue. Went in to have a check engine light looked at. Came out with over 9k in suggested fixes. Was told I wouldn't pass emissions without one of the $1500 fixes. A quick Google search said the issue wa Came out with over 9k in suggested fixes. Was told I wouldn't pass emissions without one of the $1500 fixes. A quick Google search said the issue was $700 max so I decided I would take it . Next day the light goes off and I passed the emissions test. It was $250 just for the check. This was my second experience here and the first was similar. Won't be back. More
