Questionable "Diagnositics" Evaluation Our 2015 Mercedes has been in for "service" 3 times in a 12 week period. Most recently we had our car back for 10 days when the check engine light we Our 2015 Mercedes has been in for "service" 3 times in a 12 week period. Most recently we had our car back for 10 days when the check engine light went on again! This is after replacing the water pump, which based on what I have researched should not need to be replaced this early on. We took it in and they found $6500 worth of additional repairs, a majority of which were not on the list from the previous time! If their diagnostic evaluation is a thorough as they claim, since they make you pay $200 every time, why did none of these issues show up before? We took our car to two other repair shops specializing in foreign cars, both of which said that they could not find anything wrong with some of the items listed. For a car that is only 3 years old, we have spent more on major repairs than we ever did on our Acura that was 10 years old with over 100,000 miles. More
