Fabulous experience! From the moment we stepped into Autohaus we knew that we chose the right dealership. This is our first Mercedes and we had so many questions. He asked us a number of question to determine our needs and wants...and most importantly he listened to our answers. He very patiently answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He approach was professional and casual. We were very comfortable and at ease working with Tony. The Finance guy, I believe his name was Mike, is the most pleasant finance guy we have had the pleasure of working with. Young and freindly and funny. With all the papers that needed to be signed and reviewed, he went through them quickly and efficiently. The Product Specialist Nahrain is a gem! She gave us the 'tour' of our new car and she was brilliant. She started at one end and moved through the vehicle showing and explaining to us all the new technology and how we use it. She hit just about every question that we had. She was uber friendly and joy to work with. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Autohaus. Great experience. More
