He asked us a number of question to determine our needs and wants...and most importantly he listened to our answers. He very patiently answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He approach was professional and casual. We were very comfortable and at ease working with Tony. The Finance guy, I believe his name was Mike, is the most pleasant finance guy we have had the pleasure of working with. Young and freindly and funny. With all the papers that needed to be signed and reviewed, he went through them quickly and efficiently. The Product Specialist Nahrain is a gem! She gave us the 'tour' of our new car and she was brilliant. She started at one end and moved through the vehicle showing and explaining to us all the new technology and how we use it. She hit just about every question that we had. She was uber friendly and joy to work with. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Autohaus. Great experience. More

3 visits to fix same issue, almost 1 month in the shop In past, excellent, and still in general trust. 3 visits to fix same issue, almost 1 month total in the shop to fix shudder/ vibration on turning. Eve In past, excellent, and still in general trust. 3 visits to fix same issue, almost 1 month total in the shop to fix shudder/ vibration on turning. Eventually transmission replaced. Apparently alot of time to get Mercedes to accept their own extended warranty! On last visit, had routine maintenance (service A) performed. The rear tires were underinflated and the tire warning lights went on as I drove home! More
Thank you I had a few problems upon arriving but Cindy fixed them all. She is kind, caring, amazing and an asset to your dearlership. I drive 3 hours round trip to have my service done there. Tom initially didn’t think he could fulfill my service appt but then was able to do so and more. I appreciate all the help in taking care of the items needed. More
