CPO 2016 BMW X5 We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW iX5 from Autohaus of Clayton BMW in April 2019. We brought it in for an oil change in August. In September, m We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW iX5 from Autohaus of Clayton BMW in April 2019. We brought it in for an oil change in August. In September, my wife found the lower side panel of the drivers door was broken. I called the dealership and was connected to Mike Crader with the service department. We set up a time to have the mechanics check out the issue. Mike was very helpful and even when I mentioned a couple of trim tabs on the center dash were missing (I have no idea why and didn't notice before we purchased). Mike ordered replacements for those as well. A week later Mike called, got me in right away (I think he squeezed me in since I was off work the next day) and took care of everything. I and my wife are very happy! I thought this was going to be a huge hassle. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Crader is awesome and really makes Autohaus of Clayton's customers his top priority! More

Superb Maintenance Response BMW 525i with over 262,000 miles was making a groaning sound, however, all fluid levels were adequate. Ultimately, the air conditioner stopped runnin BMW 525i with over 262,000 miles was making a groaning sound, however, all fluid levels were adequate. Ultimately, the air conditioner stopped running. Vehicle was due for periodic maintenance inspection as well as state safety inspection and emissions test. Mike Crader assessed the situation, set me up with a new loaner and provided me a timely follow-up regarding troubleshooting results. Mike's maintenance team turned to, ordered a radiator booster fan, refilled the Freon, and pressure checked the air conditioner. Problem solved. Next the team turned to replacing the two rear wheel hydraulic break lines and two worn tires, completing the state inspection and emissions test. Finally, they replaced the driver's door seal, windshield wipers and hood support struts as I requested. All of this was accomplished within 2 days and I was back in my vehicle merrily driving away confident of the work that had been done, knowing I was driving a much safer vehicle in compliance with all state regulations. Did I mention they kindly washed the vehicle without being asked to do so? Thanks much Mike. Job well done! More
