This dealership is the epitamony of garbage. Their service department is lacking in quite a few areas. Instead of explaining what the part that needs to be replaced is and what it does the answer is " service department is lacking in quite a few areas. No tdi techs and most of the other techs literally have no idea what they are doing. Beware, do not shop or service at this place. I have no idea how they still have a Volkswagen franchise. More
