Excellent Service I leased an Audi Q5. This is my first Audi. I have been very impressed by Autohaus. Everyone that I have dealt with, from the sales manager to service I leased an Audi Q5. This is my first Audi. I have been very impressed by Autohaus. Everyone that I have dealt with, from the sales manager to service and everyone in between have been great. I recently took in my Q5 for the 10,000 mile maintenance. I had a few questions so I contacted Matt Drybred. He was very helpful answering all of my questions. I went to pick up my Q5 and when it was brought out I thought there was a mistake. I thought I was getting a new Q5. It was cleaned and ready to go. It looked just like the day I bought it. Couldn’t be happier. More
No Accountability I dropped off my car for an inspection, which it passed, including the tire inspection where they were checked for punctures. After Autohaus ran my car through their car wash I was informed that I had a flat tire. I just bought my tires a few weeks ago. Instead of being accountable for what happened when my car was in their shop and giving me a new tire they patched it. Worst customer service. LOST my business. More
I live in the Balitmore, MD, area and purchased my A6 from Autohaus Lancaster (an hour and a half away)in 2006. While shopping for my car, I contacted 16 dealers within a two hour radius of my home and from Autohaus Lancaster (an hour and a half away)in 2006. While shopping for my car, I contacted 16 dealers within a two hour radius of my home and came across all kinds of sales people, most of whom only wanted to sell what was on their lot and didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. Authohaus had the car I wanted but with extra options I didn't want to pay for. The salesman, Gary Jung, called me back to tell me about a special Audi rebate which lowered the price to my range AND gave me a lot more bells and whistles I wasn't expecting. I had a wonderful buying experience with them. I have been taking my car back to Autohaus for service ever since, even though there is a dealer 5 minutes from my home (who was especially unhelpful during my initial search for my A6). The Autohaus service team has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their product and have always offered a free loaner car. I recommend them without reservation. More
