Everyone I have worked with at this dealership has been very cooperative and friendly. My BMW had to have the air conditioning repaired and it was still under warranty. Great service department, always perform the work I asked for and keep me informed of the progress. BMW loaner availability is also a plus. I have used Autohaus since my first 2002 in 1974, when virtually no one had even heard of BMW. I tried another local service dept. as a trial because the shop was closer to my work, and they left the cov virtually no one had even heard of BMW.
