Friendly Service Chris Clem has been my goto service advisor at BMW Autohaus. I feel that he has my best interests in mind any time I bring my vehicle in for service. Chris Clem has been my goto service advisor at BMW Autohaus. I feel that he has my best interests in mind any time I bring my vehicle in for service. I've never felt the typical up-sell tactics I've experience at other non-BMW dealerships which has earned the trust I have in Chris and Autohaus BMW. Work performed has always been well documented and clearly communicated whenever my car was ready for pick up. On my most recent visit, the cost of repair for a new AC compressor and door actuators was very expensive. I had to deny the request for service due to the cost, and Chris was very respectful of my decision and not once did he try to pressure me into having Autohaus do the work, nor did he speak badly about the non-dealer repair shop I opted to take my car to. I take my car there because I feel problems are diagnosed correctly the first time, and are repaired to the highest standards. The only downfall Autohaus has going for them is the cost of their parts and labor. If only they could come down in their pricing, I would continue to take my car there. More

Finally, I found a BMW dealership that offers THE BEST customer service of them all in the STL area. Customer service that is on par with the expectation I had when I first bought my BMW. I will never go anywhere else for my service, and next time I'm in the market for a new BMW, I will be going to Autohaus! I recommend you do as well. More

Exceptional Experience The Autohaus experience is second to none. Whenever I visit the dealership for service or to look at a possible purchase of a new or certified used ca The Autohaus experience is second to none. Whenever I visit the dealership for service or to look at a possible purchase of a new or certified used car, I am always greeted by everyone I meet with a warm welcome. Linda Schaeffer, my service coordinator, is always genuinely glad to see me. I never have to wait to get my car in for needed service and a loaner is provided when the work exceeds a few hours. Linda is very good at explaining my options and the costs involved for recommended service. Autohaus mechanics keep my car running like new. Jevon washed my car after the service and it was showroom fresh. I have also worked with Mike Crader and he is also quite helpful and professional. Rather than being a chore, having my car serviced at Autohaus is a joy. They provide a wonderful waiting room with comfortable seating, current newspapers and periodicals, delicious coffee and fresh fruit. There is also internet access and a big screen TV to watch to pass the time if you decide to wait for your car. The BMW boutique is stocked with wonderful unique offerings and the cashier is friendly and efficient. I can't say enough good things about Autohaus. I wouldn't go anywhere else for BMW autos and service. More

My service advisor, Chris Clem, makes everything s I purchased my car from Autohaus 8 years ago and have been taking it there for service ever since. My service advisor, Chris Clem, makes everything so easy. Scheduling an appointment at a time that is convenient for me is a breeze and when I have something wrong with my car that needs immediate attention he manages to get me appointment that day. As soon as I arrive I'm greeted by several different people who are always so nice and helpful. Chris tells me what service is due for my car, explains my options, pricing and helps me figure out on which repairs my money will be best spent during that visit. If I need one, he always has a loaner car available for me which makes taking my car in for service even more convenient. My time is never wasted when I bring my car in for service, I'm always in and out and on my way as efficiently as possible without feeling like I'm being rushed out the door. Chris always calls me as soon as my car is ready for pick up instead of at the very end of the day like some other places do. This allows me time to pick up my car at my convenience. At no point in my service visit am I kept waiting, from drop off to assessment to pick up and payment everyone is very attentive and friendly. Before my car is returned to me it is always washed and vacuumed which is a nice perk. I highly recommend Autohaus Service Department and definitely ask for Chris. More
