I have been going to Autohaus for about 5 years. There are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. All of the other ones are stuck up, arrogant, typical snobbish one might expect from a luxury car place; ho are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. All of the other ones are stuck up, arrogant, typical snobbish one might expect from a luxury car place; however, Autohaus is the EXACT opposite! They offer a sentiment that they genuinely value your business, work hard to keep it, promote & maintain a VERY friendly environment to be in... employee AND customer! This is the exact reason I am going to work ONLY with Autohaus when purchasing my next car, and the main reason I'm going to try to stick with the BMW brand! These guys are great!!! Top notch in every sense of the word. More

Great personal service. They have been direct about what service they believe needs to be performed and why. Their service reps are knowledgeable and even have BMW driver's school training.They offer outsta service they believe needs to be performed and why. This dealership is fanastic and the staff is a true credit to management/ownership as well as to BMW. I am always greeted by all the Service Writers and Porters, etc with "Hello Mr. Leisure". Mike Crader is great and he is always cordial and eager to assist in any way possible. I contacted Mike on Tuesday and he was able to schedule my service for Thursday the same week. He suggested that I wait for my vehicle, which I did, and was in and out of the dealership within an hour. My car was returned to me as 'clean as a whistle', which is always a definite plus. I will continue to recommend Autohaus BMW to my family and friends. More

Appointment time for service was 8 a.m.; I was helped right away when I pulled in at 7:55 a.m. Chris explained the service needed on my vehicle, had a brand new 2012 loaner waiting to go.
