I will not take my BMW X5 anywhere else than Autohaus and Linda Schaefer. I met her when she was at Plaza Motors where i went for service because it was so close to my house. Linda totally understands what my problem might be with my car which is so helpful because car issues can be hard for me to explain. I have never had a problem getting in for service when i wanted to and she contacts me with updates on the service and completion. More

Autohaus is THE PREMIER St. Louis BMW dealership from a parts an service perspective. Several of their Service Writers have come from from the technical side of service so they are very familiar with these parts an service perspective. I have just had a lot of work done on my 2006 3 series and it was fairly costly though the car does have 97,000 miles. Dan is always responsive, proactive and will go out of his way to explain exactly what the problem is and to provide a loaner at the last minute as I needed on my last visit. Dan seems to be a very positive person by nature and when repairs need to be done his approach is exactly what's needed. More

I purchased my 3 series BMW in 2005. It is well beyond its 5 year warranty and needs some maintenance here and there. When it is time for service, I always set my appointments with Chris Clem. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service.
