Great Customer Service- Jennifer Burke- AWESOME I have now switched to having my service to Autohaus even though I live off of Olive. I go 7 miles out of my way to come to Autohaus and have Jennife I have now switched to having my service to Autohaus even though I live off of Olive. I travel throughout the country to different Dealerships and she is the most straight forward and honest person. Each and every time I service or repair issues it is done right. Excellent Service I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink st I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink station and grab a tea while my paperwork was being processed. I was given a "loaner" car to use for 24 hours while my car was being serviced. When I returned to get my car, it was washed and returned to me in better shape than when I arrived. I appreciate Chris Clem for his patience and friendliness---every time I have an issue, he takes care of it!! More

I know that Linda will recommend the correct solution every time. I trust Linda’s opinion, knowing she will act in my best interests. My 750Li has had several mechanical repairs over the years, from door handles to catalytic converters to gas tank filters, and Linda has guided me through the process each time with a great attitude. She will discuss a given issue with me and provide descriptions and explanations that are understandable. In the end, if Linda says a part or piece needs to be replaced or repaired, I will have the work done. Honestly I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Linda is the reason I come to Autohaus, and she is the reason I recommend Autohaus at every opportunity. More
