This was my first experience with Autohaus BMW service. My initial call was promptly answered by Chris Clem who then took complete ownership of my needs. He took the time to thoroughly understand the problem I had with the car and scheduled a convenient appointment for me to have the car analyzed and repairs recommended. When I arrived for the appointment Mr. Clem was waiting for me with everything prepared in advance and I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes. Later that day, as promised, he called me with a clear and concise explanation of the required repairs, verified the parts were in stock, provided an itemized list of the parts and labor cost and an expected time of completion. I authorized the repairs and everything was completed as he said they would be. When I arrived to pick up the car and settle my account once again Mr. Clem had everything prepared in advance. My account was settled promptly and hassle free with Chris there to make sure things went smoothly. Chris Clem was polite, prompt and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Autohaus should be proud to have him as a member of their team! I will certainly come to Autohaus from now on for servicing my BMW. More
Brought in my Z4 to BMWAUTOHAUS for a few repairs. From the moment I stepped in they have been VERY helpful to me, they gave me a loaner vehicle and provided me with great customer service! I also felt very fortunate to have Jennifer Burke as my service advisor. Very friendly and respectful. She thoroughly explained to me what was going to be repaired on my car, and if I didn't understand something she took her time to educate me on the specific repair. My experience with her customer service was beyond amazing; going all the way from friendliness to phone call updates regarding my vehicle. I highly recommend BMW AUTOHAUS AND Jennifer Burke as a service advisor! Overall, great experience! More

In all of the years I have worked with Linda and my 4 BMW's since 2001 she has put me at ease and realized that I have questions and cost factors I look at. She has always been up front with a smile and very helpful in my situation with every car I bring her. I am shown my options for my service and everything is explained. The staff at AutoHaus is also very friendly and will take time to talk with you no matter how busy they may be. At present time we are trying to make a decision as to extend a warranty or step into a new X3. Bob Warner has been very prompt in calls and makes us feel like we are understood in what we are looking for in our situation with this new purchase. Rick with extended warranties has been very helpful and did not try to over sell and understood that we may want to look at a new purchase. Of course it probably scares them with my long hair and very casual dress with a nick name ozzy when I walk in ! My point is that it doesn't matter. They treat you with respect and honor in the fact that you have chosen AutoHaus to deal with! Over All my rating on a scale of 1 through 10 would be a 21 for AutoHaus BMW !!! Rock On ! Greg and Autohaus were wonderful to work with. Greg kept me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while dri me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while driving. It was determined to be carbon build up in the engine which apparently is not a rare occurence. At 60 K miles it is out of warranty and Greg and Autohaus were able to get the repairs covered by BMW at no cost to me and that is greatly appreciated. Autohaus' loaner program is top shelf. Other visits to Autohaus for service/repairs have always been painless and easy. I did not give them 5/5 across the board as it took just under 4 weeks to get my car back, small price considering I did not have to pay for this repair. I plan to keep this car for a while and I now wish I had purchased the extended warranty, my bad. More

He asks about the vehicle's condition and any other concerns in addition to the scheduled service. Chris establishes reasonable expectations regarding when the service will be completed and initiates updates when appropriate. Chris is very pleasant and professional to work with. More
