Superior Service Chris Clem and the service team at Autohaus were amazing. I brought my car in to fix the a/c blower fan. They could not readily identify the problem, Chris Clem and the service team at Autohaus were amazing. I brought my car in to fix the a/c blower fan. My 2009 335d had a serious problem caused by soot clogging the intake manifold of my engine .This problem I believe is caused by the inferior diesel f My 2009 335d had a serious problem caused by soot clogging the intake manifold of my engine .This problem I believe is caused by the inferior diesel fuel sold in the US and the repair was not covered with my BMW EXTENDED WARRANTY . Mike Crader and his service manager both went to bat for me and interceded with BMW to have the cleaning of the ports performed at no expense to me .
