As always, awesome service from Greg Issit First of all, Greg got me right away. He always manages to fit me in, although he is very busy. When I call, he knows me by name and which car I drive. How many people do that? He's super friendly and treats me as a friend. He is very thorough when explaining things to me in a way a layperson can understand. Next, he gets me a loaner right away, I don't even have to wait. Then, he calls me regularly to give me updates on the progress of the service/repair. Then he lets me know exactly when my car is ready and I'm in and out just like that. I spoke with Mr. Issitt, who was really great to work with. He made an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and knew exactly what I was describing when I explained my service problem. I was able to wait for my car and the service appointment didn't take a long time. The charges for the service were reasonable and I didn't get the feeling the dealership was trying to sell me work that I didn't really need. I would definitely recommend Autohaus for service and Greg Issitt as an advisor. More
Excellent service advisor - worth a visit to I have worked with Linda Schaefer for close to 15 years now, starting at another dealership who instituted some very customer-unfriendly warranty serv I have worked with Linda Schaefer for close to 15 years now, starting at another dealership who instituted some very customer-unfriendly warranty service policies which drove me away, and again now for the past few years at Autohaus BMW. I was delighted when she transferred dealerships. I've always been able to count on her for level-headed advice and she's been more than willing to accommodate odd work schedules or last-minute things that pop up in life. Highly recommended. (And to be fair to the other service advisors at Autohaus, they're all great stand-up folks you can trust completely, you just get comfortable with people you have a good history with). More

First off - let me say that I am a BMW enthusiast. I've owned BMW's for over 30 years so I am well-grounded in the brand, the BMW ownership experience, and the automobiles - in quite fine detail. The car that I brought into Autohaus is a low mileage, mint condition 2006 M3. This car is very important to me - so the decision on where to take it for service was a studied and deliberate one. The service that I experienced on this visit to Autohaus (April 4th 2014) was absolutely outstanding - and believe me, I am extremely particular. Chris Clem did a fantastic job coordinating the service - taking an ownership interest to ensure that the car was handled with great care and that the service was accomplished in a thorough fashion. My sense through the experience was that Chris is a car enthusiast himself, and therefore has a very intuitive sense of what a customer who is an enthusiast expects from a service perspective. Consequently you don't have to spend a lot of time explaining what you expect to Chris - he immediately just "gets it." The value and quality of this approach to me is in keeping with the value and quality of the vehicle itself. Bottom line - the service experience could not have been handled better. I am very satisfied with Chris's work, with the quality of work done by the BMW technician (this was an expert and skilled professional for sure), and Autohaus overall. Very highly recommended! More
I could not have been more happy or satisfied with the customer service I received at the Autohaus. They got my car in right away. I did not have to wait. Great Customer Experience I recently visited Autohaus BMW in St. Louis. Chris Clem worked with me to get my BMW serviced in a timely manner. He got me into a loaner vehicle and properly set my expectation to plan on keeping the loaner overnight due to the workload. First thing the next morning I received a call that my car was ready and to come by at my convenience. When I picked up my car it was clean and finally back to good working order. Once home I realized I had left my Ipad in the loaner vehicle. That vehicle was already back on the road and Chris tracked down the car's driver and was able to get my ipad back to me very timely. Overall a great experience. I would recommend Chris and his team. More

This was my first experience with Autohaus BMW service. My initial call was promptly answered by Chris Clem who then took complete ownership of my needs. He took the time to thoroughly understand the problem I had with the car and scheduled a convenient appointment for me to have the car analyzed and repairs recommended. When I arrived for the appointment Mr. Clem was waiting for me with everything prepared in advance and I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes. Later that day, as promised, he called me with a clear and concise explanation of the required repairs, verified the parts were in stock, provided an itemized list of the parts and labor cost and an expected time of completion. I authorized the repairs and everything was completed as he said they would be. When I arrived to pick up the car and settle my account once again Mr. Clem had everything prepared in advance. My account was settled promptly and hassle free with Chris there to make sure things went smoothly. Chris Clem was polite, prompt and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Autohaus should be proud to have him as a member of their team! I will certainly come to Autohaus from now on for servicing my BMW. More

Brian Fischer in the Parts Dept. has been particularly helpful with Dinan upgrades and other performance modifications for all of my cars. Both Brian and Gregg Issitt, my service advisor, take time to answer my questions and provide useful information. During the past decade I've had A LOT of service work performed by the technicians at Autohaus and I remain a happy and satisfied customer. I've also had several carbon fiber spoilers, a rear diffuser, and multiple body panels painted and installed by the Autohaus body shop and I've been pleased with their work too. Excellent service and fair pricing have kept me a loyal customer at Autohaus BMW. More
